Delivery & Ordering
What areas do you deliver to?
All Guangzhou districts (Tianhe, Huangpu, Haizhu, Baiyun, Yuexiu, Panyu) plus Foshan. Core areas get 1-hour delivery. Small items via express courier.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Even a few pipe fittings or one roll of wire can be delivered (via courier). Orders over 1,000 RMB get priority vehicle delivery.
Can I return materials?
Yes. Unopened items in resellable condition can be returned within 7 days. Cut wires and custom sizes are non-returnable.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and bank transfer.
Wire Selection
Which wire size for my home?
Lighting: 1.5mm² BV. Standard sockets: 2.5mm² BV. Air conditioner & kitchen: 4mm² BV. Main incoming line: 6mm² minimum. Large homes or villas: 10mm².
BV vs BVR – what is the difference?
BV is solid core (single copper wire) — stiffer, cheaper, standard for fixed wiring. BVR is stranded (multiple thin copper wires) — more flexible, easier to pull through conduits.
Do I need flame-retardant (ZC) wire?
Yes, especially for older buildings in Guangzhou. ZC wire has flame-retardant insulation that self-extinguishes. It costs slightly more but is much safer.
Pipe Selection
German import vs Chinese PPR pipes?
German brands (aquatherm, Wefa) offer 50-year warranty with thicker walls and tighter tolerances. Chinese brands (Rifeng, VASEN) are more cost-effective and widely used locally. Both are good — choose based on budget.
20mm or 25mm pipe for home?
We recommend 25mm (6 fen) for the main supply line. 20mm (4 fen) is fine for branch lines to individual fixtures. The slightly larger diameter ensures good water pressure.
Waterproofing
JS, K11, or polyurethane waterproofing?
For bathrooms and kitchens: JS waterproof coating (best value, easy to apply). For roofs and terraces: polyurethane (UV resistant). K11 is a good general-purpose option.
How many coats of waterproofing?
Minimum 2 coats, each applied cross-direction. Bathroom floor: 3 coats recommended. Always do a 24-hour water ponding test after application.
